Learn to Restore Easier Motion

 Joseph Pilates said, “Change happens through movement, and movement heals. ”

But what if all  you know is that  it hurts to move;  or it takes so much effort;  or you’re fearful of how your body will react and  you avoid doing things that bring you joy. That’s no way to live people!!  We will start with analyzing and educating you & I both about  your movement patterns. IF you can’t FEEL how you move, you can’t  CHANGE it!  Then with my guidance, you will  learn to make adjustments to those faulty patterns that do not serve you.  Learning and feeling how your body works, making adjustments to improve the balance of muscles moving your bone is where this journey begins. And voila! Off you go, cruising through your days thinking, “Hmmm, that didn’t wipe me out like it used to!” or “Wow, that was EASY!!”
